Event Description
This Program is for rising 3rd grade brownies and up.
First Tee of West Michigan is back! Join First Tee volunteers to have fun out on the "green" while gaining first-hand experience about the game of golf and skills of sportsmanship, team work, and persuing challenges. Learn about the equipment, practice teeing off, and challenge your distance while also building your skills of courage, confidence, and character.
Take on the challenge, learn a new sport while also building on new
and (or) familiar skills.
No golf knowledge/skill is required to
participate!
Program will conclude with Girl Scouts
receiving an Exclusive First Tee Patch and a cook-out lunch!
This program can be attended to earn towards the following
badges:
Junior: Practice With Purpose
Cadette: Good Sportsmanship
3rd graders bridging to Juniors are eligible to earn and purchase the Practice with Purpose Badge
5th graders bridging to Cadettes are eligible to earn and purchase the Good Sportsmanship badge
Badges can be shipped or picked up at the Dream Lab. Choose the
badges you would like to order at registration.
Event Supervision
This is NOT a drop off event. Troops must come in proper girl to adult ratio
Please do not register more adults than necessary.
Registrations exceeding the adult-to-Girl Scout ratio may be subject to cancellation based on venue capacity restrictions.
Individually Registered Girl Scouts must attend with a chaperoning parent/guardian.

Food: Cook-out lunch: Hot Dogs, chips, cookies
Supplies: Bring a water bottle, close-toed shoes, sunscreen and hat.

Please note that this event is subject to cancellation if the minimum registration requirement is not met.
If this event is cancelled by GSMISTS a 100% refund will be issued
Event registrations are non-refundable. In the event a girl/adult can no longer attend the program, spaces may be swapped to another attendee.
Events are first come first serve and are open until the registration deadline or the event fills. GSMISTS is unable to maintain waiting lists.
